My Disney Experience app ready to go so you don't miss a minute of the magic! Vasu, I'd be happy to help you with adding a form of payment to the app before you arrive.
To add a payment method, log into the
My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner. Scroll down and tap "My Profile," then "Payment Method." Here, you can tap "Add a Payment Method" and can follow the prompts to add a credit or debit card! Please remember that
Disney Gift Cards cannot be stored as a payment method, though they can be typed in manually when making a
mobile order or utilizing
Merchandise Mobile Checkout. If using a Disney Gift Card, I like to keep this number stored in a note on my phone so I can copy and paste it, instead of having to type it in manually each time.
If you've followed the above steps and still are having difficulty adding a payment method, my best tip would be to either
call a Cast Member before your trip or speak to someone in
Guest Services once you arrive. They'll be happy to help you with the next steps that are available to you!
