Hello again, Angela! Welcome once again to planDisney! I am so happy that I can answer another one of your questions regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
From personal experience, I can say whole-heartedly that
Walt Disney World Resort is doing a phenomenal job welcoming back Guests while also maintaining safety! During your upcoming visit, you can look forward to enhanced cleaning throughout Walt Disney World Resort, physical distancing measures, and reduced contact through cashless transactions and modified housekeeping services. In addition, all Guests ages 2 and up are required to wear face coverings while they are not actively eating or drinking and temperature screenings are used at many locations across the property to increase Guest safety.
As Walt Disney World Resort has invited Guests to return to the magic, the opening of certain Disney Resort hotels and dining locations has been staggered. This means that some options may be modified or unavailable during your stay. For example, while valet service is temporarily unavailable at Disney Resort hotels, Guests are free to self-park while staying at or visiting a specific resort. If you are interested in exploring the full list of modified experiences, you can do so at the
“Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go” webpage and the
“Dining: Know Before You Go” webpage.
While the experiences mentioned above have been modified, there are plenty of experiences available and waiting for you to experience! At this time, there are specifically no attractions closed or unavailable at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios for your visit. This means you and your family will have the perfect opportunity to have the adventure of a lifetime at
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and sing along with the all-new
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway!
If you are concerned about any potential refurbishment closings coming up during your stay, you may also check out that schedule on the
“Day Calendar” webpage. This specific view of the park hours lists any upcoming refurbishments that may close attractions at Walt Disney World Resort.
Have fun as you continue to plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation this March! As always, please reach back out if we can assist you with planning any other parts of your visit!
