What type of room should I request at Coronado Springs if I'd like to be close to the bus transportation? We are traveling with 3 small kids.

    Hi Amanda!

Coronado Springs Resort happens to be my absolute favorite Disney resort.  Having booked many a vacation here, I'm totally in love with the Spanish Colonial themeing, fantastic pool and beautifully appointed rooms, it's definitely a great place to stay.

Coronado Springs is an expansive resort divided into three wonderful sections: Casitas, Cabanas and Ranchos. The Ranchos section is the farthest away from the lobby, dining areas and main pool. The benefit of staying in the Ranchos is the secluded feel of it, and their quiet pool is lovely. The Casitas section is now considered the preferred section of the resort. Nearest to all amenities, but far from the main pool. The Cabanas section, my favorite, is near to both the main pool and the amenities. My suggestion would be to ask for Cabanas 8A or 8B. These will put you near the main pool, a short walk to the bus transportation.  For a building thats just a small walk across the bridge to the main lobby and dining facilities, I'd suggest Cabanas 9B.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie
