What type of eggs does Disney use to make omelets? Are they liquid eggs or do they crack them and add water / milk? Trying to determine how they get the batter so thin. Thanks

    Dear Linda,

It's so good to see you on the panel with such a great question!  I am a big fan of omelettes and take them very seriously as well. However, I am afraid it will not be possible to find out such specific information. I just spoke with a friendly Cast Member who said that the ingredients used at the more than 400+ restaurant locations at Walt Disney World will vary from place to place. It seems it is not possible to access such information in advance so I suggest you request to speak with the chef at the location you would like to eat at to find that out. You may also try sending them an email at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com, the Special Dietary Requests Department and request to have such information prior to your arrival.

I hope this information is helpful in your planning, Linda. Please come back to Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions as the time for your vacation comes closer. I wish you and your family a marvelous time at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
