What type of deposit is required upon check-in for Port Orleans hotel

Hi Suzanne! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for your question!

Disney's Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter and Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside both capture the beauty and charm of Louisiana with Disney touches, offer unique dining options and fun menu items (like Mickey beignets!), and have great amenities, such as their pools, horse-drawn carriage rides, and Surrey Bike rentals. It's also nice that both resorts sit along the Sassagoula River, making travel to Disney Springs easy (and fun!). You can't go wrong with either choice!

To make a vacation package (a resort reservation and theme park tickets), you only need $200 for your deposit, and the final balance must be paid in full 30 days before your check-in date. At booking, you will also have the option to purchase one of the Disney Dining Plans, if you wish. If you book a vacation package less than 30 days out, you will have to pay the full amount. If you opt for a resort-only reservation, your deposit will be the total of your first night's stay plus tax. Your final balance will be due the day you check in to your Disney Resort hotel. Kindly note that for both reservation types, prices are subject to change.

Suzanne, I hope all of this information was helpful! Thank you again for visiting planDisney, and send me questions if you need additional pixie dust planning your visit. You've got a friend in me!
