Hi William!
Staying hydrated while walking around the
Walt Disney World theme parks is so important. The Florida heat and humidity partnered with physical activity make it essential to drink lots of water to prevent dehydration. You should drink at least one cup of water every 15-20 minutes when you are active in the heat.
Currently, the only bottled water that Walt Disney World sells is Dasani. You can certainly bring your own bottled water or refillable water bottle to the parks. The counter service restaurants will provide free iced water upon request, so what I usually like to do is bring my own water bottle and fill it up with iced water from the restaurants. You can also order groceries through Garden Grocer, Instacart, or Shipt and have them delivered directly to Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. You can order bottled water and keep it cool in the mini-fridge in your room. This will allow you to have lots of bottled water on hand to drink while in your room and bring to the parks.
Keep in mind that while bottled water is allowed,
coolers or backpacks larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed in any theme park or water park. Loose or dry ice is not permitted in these containers.
You can also stay cool by indulging in a Dole Whip, Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bar, or Lefou’s Brew. I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
