TY in advance for all of your wonderful help. Is there anywhere in Epcot, besides the character meals, to meet any of the princesses?

Hi Felicia!  As a matter of fact, you will be able to meet the princesses in other places besides character dinings.  For instance, if you walk through the World Showcase you can often spot such princesses as Belle, Mulan and Jasmine.  Each of these princesses can be found near their "country."  The times that characters are out can be found in your daily Epcot Map/Times guide.  And if you are able to go to MK, make sure you visit the large tent in the back of Toontown.  Here you can meet Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and even sometimes Cinderella.  The actual princesses that are there that day will be posted.
I hope this helps you in your search to find your favorite princess.  Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel, and I hope you have a magical WDW vacation.
