If two 23 year olds have a $500 gift card mainly used for dining, how far do you think that will get you in a 7 day, 6 night stay? We only will be eating sit-down meals the day we arrive, and the day we leave, so the rest will just counter service really.

Eating habits vary so widely, that it is difficult to accurately estimate a budget. Are you heavy or light eaters? Will you be having full breakfasts or just a muffin? Will you be having an adult beverage with your meal? Will you have an afternoon snack? And so on.

However, there is a great resource where you can estimate your dining expenses based on your own personal habits. Go to the independent website allears.net. At the top of the page, click on the "Dining" link. On the left hand side of the next page, click on the link that says "The Menus." You will be taken to links that give the full restaurant menus for nearly every table service and quick service restaurant at WDW, including pricing. You could plan out a few sample days of eating and get a a good approximation of how much you'll spend based on your personal eating habits.

Good luck and have a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation.
