Hi there, McKenley! I'm happy to see that your Disney Cruise is quickly approaching. How exciting to be just days away from a magical vacation.
I'd be happy to share more about what you can expect with the children's offerings onboard Disney Cruise Line. Disney's Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab offer secure programming opportunities for
children ages 3 to 10. This means that during certain hours, your 2-year-old will not be invited to attend. However, there is a wonderful opportunity for the entire family to enjoy the immersive spaces inside Disney's Oceaneer Club and Lab. You can plan to attend
Open Houses together to play and enjoy the fun onboard. Open Houses are scheduled regularly throughout your sailing. To stay informed about what is happening on the ship and when, you can reference the Daily Activity Schedule within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Be sure to download the app before you head out for your cruise if you haven't already.
The
"it's a small world" nursery! onboard the ship is the perfect spot for
little ones ages 6 months to 3 years. Reservations are required, so make sure to stop by shortly after embarking on the ship if you'd like your child to take advantage of the wonderful care of the Disney Cruise Line counselors in this inviting space.
I hope that clears up your question and helps you feel shipshape and ready to sail away soon! If your child enjoys
greeting Disney Characters, there will be plenty of opportunities for them to say hello to a variety of Disney friends during your cruise. Character greeting opportunities will be posted in the Daily Activity Schedule of the app. If you see an activity you don't want to miss, I encourage you to click the heart icon next to the listing to "favorite" it. If you have app notifications enabled, you will receive a reminder about 15 minutes before your favorite activities begin.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
