I have two un-used tickets from 2002 to get into disney world parks. How can I scan them ahead of time to add them to my Disney app on my phone?

Hey there, Carol! I'm so happy to welcome you to the most magical panel on Earth – planDisney!

How incredibly exciting that your Disney World adventure is just around the corner! You're just days away from stepping into a world where dreams come true! From the moment you arrive, you'll be immersed in the magic that makes a Disney vacation truly one-of-a-kind. I'm so excited for you and all the memories you're about to create!

There's something so special about uncovering a little piece of the past – and finding an old Walt Disney World ticket? That's like discovering buried treasure! It's a nostalgic reminder of magical moments gone by, and possibly a key to new ones ahead.

If your ticket still has unused days and hasn't expired, it may still be honored. The best next step is to get in touch with the Cast Members on the Existing Tickets team. They're experts at sorting out these kinds of details and can help you explore your options. With your vacation coming up so soon, it's a smart move to reach out sooner rather than later to make sure everything is good to go for your visit.

Carol, did you know you'll be visiting during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival? I hope you'll be able to set aside an entire day to explore all this event has to offer – there's so much to see, taste, and enjoy!

I hope this information is helpful, Carol! Have a MAGICAL vacation!

    See ya real soon!
