If there are simple mistakes, like the misspelling of a name, the friendly cast members at the
Magic Key Holder phone line may be able to assist with making those types of changes. I hate to say it, but that is not the same as changing the name on the magic key. The
terms and conditions are pretty clear on this. I hope the person you originally purchased the pass for can use it in the end. They have one year from the date of purchase to activate it. Maybe circumstances will change within that time frame, and they can use it!
