Ahoy, Kristin! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending in your Disney Cruise Line question.
I’m happy to share that each Guest in a stateroom can absolutely book different
Disney Cruise Line ground transfers. The transfers are booked per person, so you’ll just need to indicate each Guest’s destination when you add them to your reservation. You can do this by
calling Disney Cruise Line directly or even during online check-in through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you are working with a travel agent, you can ask them to add the transfers for you. Ground transfers can be added up to three days before your sail date, and there is a per-person fee.
On disembarkation day, the process is super efficient. After clearing customs, you’ll claim your luggage and head straight to the motor coaches. Buses bound for the airport typically depart continuously as they fill, while transfers to
Walt Disney World Resorts usually leave around the same time in the morning (typically around 9 AM), with several resorts grouped together. The exact details will be shared with you in your disembarkation letter or in the DCL Navigator app on the last night of your sailing.
From my own experience, I’ve found these transfers to be incredibly convenient. On my Disney Wish cruise last fall, I had a tight flight schedule, and the bus to the airport was waiting right outside the cruise terminal. Thanks to Express Walk-Off, I was able to disembark quickly with my luggage and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
I hope this puts your mind at ease, Kristin. You and your fellow traveler are going to have the most magical voyage!
Sea ya real soon,
Eean
