I have two tickets that are BOTH under my name. These were given to my family as a gift. They're meant to be for my mother to take my younger brother. But I messed up and thought that they needed to be under my name when we first went to a park. Help!

    Heigh-Ho Genesis,

Your My Disney Experience profile makes planning a Walt Disney World vacation easy. This is your vacation hub, where you can have access to your Walt Disney World Resort Reservation, have control of your tickets, make dining reservations, check-out wait times, join virtual queues, place mobile quick-service dining orders and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

You are able to reassign your unused tickets to anyone on your Family & Friend List, from your My Disney Experience profile. First, make sure you have the Guest’s names, you would like to assign the tickets to, in your list. Next, select “My Reservations” and highlight the ticket you wish to transfer. Select “Reassign Ticket” and choose the Guest who will be assigned to this ticket and ta-da you are done. If you are having problems or need further assistance feel free to call (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member can assist you.

We are excited to welcome you Home and continue to visit us at planDisney for any further help with your Walt Disney World vacation.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
