We have two sets of tickets on our My Disney Experience, 10 day non expiring and 4 day promotional tickets. Do we have to do anything special to make sure the 4 day tickets are used for our upcoming trip in May before we get to the parks?

    Hi Kyle!

“Welcome Home!”, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You sound like a great Disney planner, as you were wise enough to scoop up the promotional Disney Vacation Club 4-day 4-park tickets and 10 day non-expiry tickets. We purchased the 10 day non-expiry tickets for my parents as well, just hours before they were discontinued.

Your question is one many Guests have, and is so important to get right, so I am glad that you have asked us. You will need to make sure that the 4 day promotional tickets are used first. This is done by "prioritizing" the tickets in the order that you wish them to be used. There are several ways to do this, and it will be easiest do it ahead of your trip. I spoke with a Cast Member today about this question and while she believes it can be done on My Disney Experience, she could not give me directions on exactly how. Instead, she recommended calling the Internet Help Desk at 1-407-939-7765 where they can make sure your ticket media are prioritized correctly.  If you wait until your arrival, please visit the Guest Relations Window at the entrance to any Disney Theme Park or Downtown Disney for assistance. I hope this helps as you plan your upcoming trip. Please let me know if there are any additional questions you have as you plan your May vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
