Welcome to
planDisney, Susan!
Thanks for stopping by to chat about your ticket options! I'd be happy to review some
Walt Disney World admission guidelines to help ensure a smooth arrival and entry experience.
If you have a multiday ticket without the
Park Hopper option or two single-day tickets purchased separately, unfortunately, you won't be able to visit more than one theme park on the same day. I double-checked this with a ticketing Cast Member in Walt Disney World just yesterday: you'll need a ticket with the Park Hopper option to visit multiple parks in one day.
If you already have a single-day ticket and want to add another park for the same day, consider upgrading your ticket to include park hopping. You can add the Park Hopper option to a one-day ticket online through the My Disney Experience website or in person at a theme park ticketing window once you arrive.
Alternatively, if you already have two single-day tickets, you can upgrade one to include park hopping and save the other for a future visit. Since Walt Disney World tickets never lose their value, an unused ticket can be applied to a future admission purchase.
I hope this has been helpful, Susan. Best wishes for an unforgettable Disney experience. We look forward to welcoming you "home" soon.
Have a magical day,
Betsy
