I have two separate comp tickets on my app but am unable to make park reservations with these comp tickets. What do I do? I am going to Orlando next week and would like to use the comp tickets.

    Hiya Stephanie!

I’m so excited to discuss all the magic you’ll experience at Walt Disney World Resort! Yippie for comp tickets! You are coming during such a wonderful time, as the holidays spent at The Most Magical Place on Earth are some of the merriest and brightest!

Stephanie, first, let’s make sure your comp tickets are correctly linked to your My Disney Experience account. You will want to open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Next, select “Tickets and Passes.” Then, you will want to locate the tickets there. If you see them, please make sure they are assigned to your profile. If you do not see a name under the tickets, perhaps this is the reason you are unable to make your theme park reservations. To reassign the ticket, select "Reassign Ticket" under the ticket and select yourself when the option pops up. You should be able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations after this.

However, if you do not see your tickets listed under your Tickets and Passes, please click the “+” on the upper right corner, then “Link Ticket.” From there, you will be able to enter the number or scan the barcode to link your tickets and follow the steps to confirm and complete the linking process.

If, for some reason, you still cannot make your Disney Park Pass reservations, you will want to call and speak with a Cast Member at Existing Tickets. They will be able to look into your account and help you further!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Stephanie! Have an enchanting visit.
