Hey Valerie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Disney's Pop Century Resort is one of my very favorites, especially when it comes to theming and value! My children and I love the gigantic statues of some of their favorite toys, and now that the Resort is included on the
Disney Skyliner route, transportation to and from
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios has become an attraction in itself! We just love the convenience of being able to hop onto a gondola in the morning and being whisked away to one of our favorite Theme Parks for
Early Theme Park Entry.
When you make
Disney Resorts Collection hotel room reservations online on the Walt Disney World Resort website you are not able to book two rooms within the same transaction, resulting in two different reservation numbers. I see that you mention your Vacation Planner requested conjoined rooms, and that is a great place to start. However, since you mention children in your party you may want to ask for "connecting rooms." Connecting rooms have a door between them that opens to both rooms, whereas adjoining rooms are just next to one another. If you would like you can call and speak to a friendly Cast Member about linking your two Guest room reservations together and to once again request connecting rooms for your party. The Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line can be reached at (407) 939-1936.
Once your Walt Disney World Resort stay comes a little bit closer you'll also be able to use the
Online Check-In system to once again make your room requests. Here, you can make your "connecting rooms" request if you do not call ahead of time. Since this is a request, please remember that Cast Members cannot guarantee connecting rooms, but will certainly do what they can to honor your request.
Valerie, I hope you and your entire party are ready for a most magical vacation. Come see us again if you have any other planning questions!
