Hello there, Jennifer!
Thanks for bringing us another question. It sounds like you have a pretty exciting trip planned for later this month. I've stayed at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa on two previous occasions and can't wait for my next visit. The resort is so beautiful, the
dining options are some of the best on property and you really can't beat the proximity to
Magic Kingdom Park. I just know your travel party is going to have a magical time!
I'm guessing you secured the reservation for both rooms and that's why your name is appearing on both sets of reservation details in your My Disney Experience Account. Hopefully, all the members of your travel party are accounted for between the two rooms even if they aren't listed the way you may have coordinated the sleeping arrangements. You may be able to
modify the guests listed by accessing your reservation details online but keep in mind that
guests must be at least 18 years old to be the lead guest of a room. If your friends are not at least 18 years old they won't be able to stay in the room with your children without an eligible adult.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the reservation system on my end, but a friendly Cast Member is just a phone call away. I recommend
calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team to see if they can assist in assigning the appropriate guests to each room. Be sure to have your confirmation numbers available when calling. You can also stop by the Front Desk when you arrive to inquire in person. I'm hoping they'll be able to correct the mix-up faster than you can say "bibbidi bobbidi boo!"
Once you've got everything squared away be sure to toast to the start of your vacation with a delicious beverage at
Enchanted Rose. It's my favorite lounge on property and the perfect place to say "cheers" to friendship and all the fun that awaits. If you visit after 5 p.m. be sure to order the House-made Truffle Fries. You can thank me later.
Jennifer, I hope this helped. Please come back and see us again with more planning questions.
Magic and memories,
Amy
