I have two reservation numbers somehow for the same trip - how do I fix this?

    Heigh-Ho Elizabeth,

Two reservation numbers would be great if you had to separate Walt Disney World vacation trips. However, I am assuming that is not the case, with this reservation number mystery, and I can definitely direct you in the right direction to get this solved.

A Cast Member is going to need to look into this duplicate duo dilemma and resolve this on their technical side. You can call (407) 939-1936 and speak to a Cast Member or you can email at the link I have provided. If you call, please know, Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and doing their absolute best to get to everyone. Be prepared for a longer than average wait time. Another option is email, Guests can fill out the provided email form with as much pertinent information as possible. Email can take a bit longer to resolve but I wanted to give you the option. Occasionally the Chat feature is available on the website and, if so, you can also address your question there. Whichever form of contact you choose I am sure it will be resolved.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
