I have two reservation confirmation numbers. I have checked on my first number and now I cannot open my second reservation number. Please help

    Heigh-Ho Kay,

What a web of wondrous confusion computers seem to weave and untangling the worldwide web mysteries they create can be such a mystery.

The first thing I would do is check your My Disney Experience app. If both reservations show up on it then that is a bonus. Next, I would head back to your computer and try the following suggestions, in hopes both reservations appear.  The first is to sign out of your My Disney Experience and sign back in to see if everything syncs up. If not I would then try a different web browser and sign in to your My Disney Experience from it. I can’t explain why this works but sometimes that’s all you need to do.

If both reservations do not show up on your My Disney Experience app or neither of the quick fixes work, it is time to speak to a Cast Member in web support. Guests can call (407) 939-4357 for assistance and some much-needed pixie dust. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time.

As you continue to plan, we will be here to answer any of your Walt Disney World questions. How to get from your Resort to another Resort? Best way to plan a day at Epcot? What shows are currently available for Guests? Can I dress up in a BOO-tiful costume for Disney’s After Hours BOO BASH? You have a Disney question, we have a Disney answer?

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
