Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    Two questions regarding an upcoming stay: We are staying at Baylake, do we check in at the contempary hotel? Secondly, upon arriving and checking in, can we leave some of our carry on lugage at the hotel prior to getting into our rooms (ie - computer)

    Hi, Claire!  I absolutely love Bay Lake Tower, and I hope you have a wonderful vacation there!

    You do check in at the front desk at the Contemporary Resort.  If you have your own car, you can park out front there for a few minutes, then move your car over, but the walk is a short one, so you won't have to worry much about that.  You can also access the rooms at Bay Lake Tower via a walkway from inside the Contemporary.

    When you check in, you can leave whatever you would like at bell services.  If your room isn't ready, you can have them text your room number to your cell phone with a message when your room is ready, or they will give you a number to call.  You don't need to go back to the front desk.  You will already have your room key, just not the number.
