Hello Julie! These are great questions, and I'm glad you stopped in to ask planDisney.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is such a fun event! With festive entertainment, yummy holiday goodies, and
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show, it is sure to put everyone in the yuletide spirit! This separately ticketed event takes place on select nights in November and December. On days when Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is scheduled,
Magic Kingdom Park will close to day Guests at 6:00 pm. I'm going to let you in on a little secret: even if you are not attending the party, these dates are really great days to plan to visit Magic Kingdom Park! Because of the shortened hours, many other Guests will choose to visit other theme parks on those days -- leaving fewer crowds and shorter wait times for those in the know! With a ticket that includes the
Park Hopper Option, you'll be able to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park during the day, and then hop over to another theme park to spend your evening. Even if you choose not to hop to another park, I think you'll find that you are able to see and do quite a bit, despite the shortened hours. Then you can plan to enjoy a meal at one of the amazing dining locations at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel or
Disney Springs, or just spend the evening enjoying the pool and activities at your resort.
As far as your
Disney Park Pass reservations, you may enter your selected theme park at any time during regular operating hours.
Park hours for November have not yet been released, but are usually available approximately 60 - 70 days in advance.
Julie, should you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us at planDisney again. We are always happy to help.
