    Denita from LA Asked

We have two passes from another trip. How do we find out how many days are left on them?

    Heigh-Ho Denita,

Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests who love sharing our wealth of Disney knowledge and Walt Disney World travel experience with our Fellow Guests. What’s the best way to tour Epcot with kids?  Should we experience the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop? Do I need an extra ticket for Disney’s After Hour Boo Bash? Do you have a Disney Question? Well, we have a Disney Answer!

Guests who have questions about existing tickets can call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member. They can determine how many, if any, days are left on your Walt Disney World tickets and assist you with your next steps. Another option is the Chat With Us feature. This can be found in your My Disney Experience mobile app by selecting the MENU option, in the lower right-hand corner and scrolling to Chat With Us. Here you can type in your question and a Cast Member will begin chatting with you about your question and options.

Currently, all Guests will need a Disney Park Pass reservation to enter any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. First, check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the dates you are interested in. Next, purchase your Walt Disney World tickets and follow all the steps to make your Disney Park Pass reservation. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until you have finished reserving. Before your arrival become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience mobile app. This is your vacation hub and holds a magical amount of handy dandy tools for you to use before and during your Walt Disney World vacation.

Stay current with guidelines and procedures, during your visit, by following the Know Before You Go page and follow the Disney Parks Blog for exciting Disney News.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
