Welcome to planDisney, Emily!
I’m glad you stopped by with your question for us.
I am thrilled to hear you’re ready to return to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. I never want to take the small things at The Most Magical Place on Earth for granted, and I learned that once the theme parks closed during the pandemic. For instance, just taking a pleasant stroll around the World Showcase at
EPCOT is one of my favorite things to do. So now, I make sure to take in all the delightful sounds like the music playing in the background, the gasps of delighted Guests as they see something exciting; I take a moment to smell the delicious cuisine around the food booths and stop to try something that catches my eye!
Emily, although the majority of theme park tickets that were impacted by the closures have already received an extension, and that extension has also expired, I don’t want you to worry. If your
theme park tickets were entirely unused, you can call (407) 939-5277 to speak to a friendly Cast Member, and have them look into your account. Although Walt Disney World Resort tickets are nonrefundable, entirely unused tickets never lose their value, even if they have expired. The Cast Member will be able to have the value of them transferred to new dates when you are ready to travel to
Walt Disney World Resort!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Emily!
