    We are two older parents with precocious 3 and 10 year old boys. We are traveling the second week of April and have 2 days to explore Disneyworld. I am wondering what you would suggest - and if we should consider sperating the boys due to their ages. Than

    While I get the logic of splitting the kids up so that you can cater parts of the day to their differing interests, I would keep that to a minimum of your time there. I think you will find that much of the activities at Walt Disney World will have an appeal for all four of you.

    Since you have two days, I think you are best sticking to the Magic Kingdom. That park has more attractions than any of the others, meaning more to do and more to see. Definitely spend your first day there.

    If after the first day you feel like trying something else out, I would suggest that your idea to split up might make some sense. If you do, send your 10 year old with a parent to Hollywood Studios, and take your 3 year old either back to the Magic Kingdom (and you will know if that is right or not after your first day there), or to the Animal Kingdom. This way the 10 year old can enjoy more thrill rides, and the 3 year old can have some fun seeing exotic animals, or revisiting his Magic Kingdom favorites.
