Meryl from Notts Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We have two old park tickets. How do we check if still valid and if so what use they have.

Welcome to planDisney, Meryl! I'm happy to help you find out more about your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

If you have unused tickets that have expired, they will still be of good use! The price you paid for those tickets may likely work as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets. To find out about the status of your current theme park tickets, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with a solution to your ticket question.

Meryl, thanks for stopping by to see us. Don't hesitate to come back if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you!
