If you have unused tickets that have expired, they will still be of good use! The price you paid for those tickets may likely work as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets. To find out about the status of your current theme park tickets, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with a solution to your ticket question.
