I have two little girls.one 4 yrs old, one 10 years old. when we visit DHS, we want to dine at Sci-Fi dine in theater or Prime Time cafe. Which of the two do you think they would prefer?

    Hi!

Well now, that's a tough decision!! You've chosen two of my kids' favorite places to dine!

The atmosphere at each restaurant is quite fun and unique! There aren't too many dining experiences like this in our everyday lives!

The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater is a fun place to eat.  My kids love that they can sit in the front seat of a car (dining table) and be the drivers! Mom and Dad are always the hitchhikers in the back seat. They keep a close eye on us to make sure we're behaving too! The films that play at the restaurant are bad, bad science fiction but in a good way. They are entertaining without being scary.

The Prime Time Cafe is my 10-yr old son's favorite place. He loves to ham it up and tease his server. He'll flagrantly place his elbows on the table and "dare" them to yell at him! It makes for a very fun dining experience.

Personally, we alternate between these two restaurants whenever we are in Hollywood Studios. However, if your 4-yr old is a little shy the Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater may be a slightly better bet. If your kids are outgoing and love a little personalized interaction, then the Prime Time Cafe would be a great choice!

    Hope this helps!!
