Home Delivery service during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation to ensure your precious lightsaber cargo makes it to your home planet safely.
During the checkout process to set up the Home Delivery service, the Cast Member should have provided you with a yellow carbon copy of the shipping receipt. On it, you should see tracking information for your items. Simply type the tracking number into the specified delivery service's website, usually through FedEx or UPS, to track its whereabouts. If you are having trouble locating the tracking number for these services on your receipt, I recommend calling the Merchandise Guest Services phone number, which can be found at the top of your receipt, and providing the tracking number that’s on it. Additionally, you can send an email to
merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com for further assistance.
