I have two hotels rooms booked with separate reservations but only one shows on the app. How do I get the other on my app?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Toni!

Thanks for stopping by with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Oh boy... soon, you'll be checking in at one of the incredible Disney Resort hotels at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Whether you'll be saying "aloha" at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or going back in time at Disney's Pop Century Resort, staying on property is the perfect way to stay immersed in the magic during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Toni, I understand that you've booked two Resort hotel rooms on separate reservations, but you're currently only able to view one of them in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Not to worry! I'm happy to help you sort this out, as I have run into the same issue previously. Sometimes, Disney Resort hotel reservations don't get linked automatically at the time of booking, or the linking process may take some time. Follow these steps to manually link a Resort hotel reservation using the My Disney Experience mobile app:
    • Refer to your Disney Resort hotel reservation confirmation email for your confirmation number. You'll need this to link your reservation to your account in My Disney Experience.
    • Open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the three horizontal lines icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
    • Scroll down and select "Link to Account."
    • Tap "Type ID." Next, locate the "Resort Reservation" section and enter your confirmation number and the last name on the Resort hotel reservation. Click "Link Resort."
    • Follow the prompts to link your Resort hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account.
If you happen to encounter any technical difficulties during the linking process, you may reach out to Cast Members for assistance using the "Chat With Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app or via the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line. Commonly, linking issues can be caused by typos in the primary Guest's name, but these are quickly resolved with Cast Member assistance!

I hope this information helps you prepare for an unforgettable stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, Toni! I'm wishing your travel party a swell time at The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any additional planning questions, feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
