Ahoy Kelli!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am excited to hear your high seas adventure kicks off in a week! I bet your pirates-in-training are over the moon to be sailing with you. Let's be sure they have the most memorable time!
Disney Cruise Line works hard to accommodate all requests within their ability so that every guest can enjoy sailing onboard with Captain Mickey. They offer many
services for guests with disabilities or special needs. My first recommendation would be to contact the Disney Cruise Line Special Services team as soon as possible at (407)-566-3602. They can work directly with you to ensure all your needs are appropriately covered for your pirates. This includes any
special dietary needs they may have. Special Services will work directly with your
Rotational Dining service team to ensure dietary needs are met as closely as possible.
If your grandsons are on the Autism Spectrum, Disney Cruise Line offers specific accommodations for them and those traveling with their party. Be sure to review the
Information for Guests with an Autism Spectrum Disorder for details.
The best advice I can give you is if you need help or accommodations, please talk to a Cast Member or Guest Services (Deck 3, Midship). They will do what they are able and get you in touch with the appropriate person to make sure your grandsons have an amazing cruise.
Enjoy making magical memories! Angie
