Our two grandchildren want to come with us on 3/21-3/25...how do I update our reservation

    Welcome to planDisney, Gail!

The world is a better place with Fairy Grandmothers like you in it. Your grandchildren are going to have the most magical time of their lives at Walt Disney World Resort.

Gail, you can easily add your grandchildren to your royal traveling party through your My Disney Experience Account. Once you are logged in, click "My Plans" to view your reservation. Beneath your Traveling Party, you will see a title that says "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Here you will see your hotel reservation together with a blue button to the right that says "Change Reservation."

It has been my experience that once I have completed my online check-in, I no longer see this option, so if that is the case you will need to call  (407) 939-5277 and a friendly Cast Member will waive their magic want to have your party added.

Don't forget that once your grandchildren's tickets are reserved you will need to make their Disney Park Pass system reservations as well as to add them to any dining reservations that you have. You can easily add them to your dining reservations by selecting the reservation in your My Disney Experience Account and clicking modify. You can then change the number of people in the party.

Please come back here to planDisney if we can answer any other questions for you, Gail. A dream is a wish your heart makes, and I am dreaming about helping you plan the perfect vacation.
