It sounds like you're the one making plans for your family, so I'm glad you've already tried to set up a
Family & Friends List in your
My Disney Experience account. Once we get it straightened out, you'll be able to quickly add anyone in your list to reservations and activities and view and manage the plans for your entire party. Since two guests on your list have the same name, it makes things a little tricky, but not impossible. As long as you are the one
managing the two-year-old's profile, you can update any information for them, including their birthdate.
Log into your account, and go to the Family & Friends tab; if you are in the app, it will be under 'My Profile.' Then you should see your list, and it will indicate who manages the accounts. If you see "Plans Managed by Me," then you can go in and update that guest's information, including their date of birth. I would also recommend changing their character icon to easily identify them (for example, I chose Flash the Sloth from Zootopia for my son because he is so slow). When you've completed these steps, you should be able to see the minor's age listed under their name and chosen icon. For adult guests, it will say Age 18+.
