We have two families staying at Bay Lake Towers on the same reservation. They will be arriving at different times and different vehicles. How can we get a parking pass for both vehicles to check in at the resort ? Thanks.

    Hi Brad,

You are sure to have a great time with a large group traveling to the convenient and stunning Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort!

As each family arrives, they will need to stop at the parking booth to enter the parking lot. The attendant will ask for Identification from the driver and will verify that there is a reservation for that Guest. Provided that there is, he will allow the vehicle through.

Sometimes, I have been given our parking pass to display on the windshield right there at the booth and on other visits, it has been given to me with my check-in packet after visiting the check-in stand. Either way, you should not have any problem obtaining two permits. As long as both drivers are listed on the Resort Reservation, they should be free to pass right on in.

Come back and visit us again with any other questions, Brad!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
