We have two families linked in one account one is for military Which is a family of 4 and we have another party if 3 who are Florida residents we entered all names and all tickets in one account however it keeps taking out one person from our party

Hello Cassandra, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your My Disney Experience account.  You should be able to set up your account with friends and family however you wish, and it is OK if some members of your party are using military tickets and others are using Florida resident tickets.

As a regular Guest myself, I don't have access to the information in your account, and it is a little tricky for me to try to diagnose what the issue might be.  When you say it keeps taking out a member of your party, I am guessing perhaps you are trying to make Disney Park Pass reservations.  I have a couple of hunches as to what might be causing the problem.  If one of the Florida residents has an Annual Pass, there is a different reservation system for Annual Passholders.  They will need to book a separate Disney Park Pass than the rest of the group.  This is what I need to do when making my Disney Park Pass reservations; I am an Annual Passholder but the rest of my family is not.  Everyone doesn't need to be on the same reservation like for a dining reservation -- as long as everyone has a Disney Park Pass for the same theme park on the same day, you can all enter the park together.  When making Disney Park Pass reservations, be sure to select the correct category for each Guest.  Another thing that might be causing an issue is if one of the members of your party purchased a Florida Resident Weekday Magic Ticket.  These tickets are valid Monday through Friday from January 11 to April 7, 2022, and are subject to blockout dates from March 14 through March 18.  Double-check to be sure everyone's admission is valid for the dates you are trying to book.

Cassandra, if none of those things seem to be causing the problem, unfortunately, I am out of guesses.  Give the My Disney Experience tech team a call at (407) 939-4357.  You'll be able to speak with a Cast Member and provide them with more information about your situation so they can assist you.  I recommend trying to call first thing in the morning when the Help Center opens at 7:00 am; hold times seem to be shorter then.

Fingers crossed you get the issue resolved quickly and are on your way to enjoying all the magic of the 50th Anniversary Celebration!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions -- we are always happy to help.
