We are two families due to stay at the same resort next year(port orleans) if my little boy wants to have a sleepover in his cousins room (same resorts) is he able to share rooms for the night, few nights etc?

    Welcome to planDisney Michelle!

I can't think of a more magical way to spend a vacation than by sharing it with my favorite cousins. My brother and sister-in-law visited a few years ago from Edinburgh, and our kiddos had the best time exploring the Parks and Resort together.

You've picked a fantastic Resort to stay at! Port Orleans is gorgeous; the Bayou vibe is my absolute favorite! The French Quarter rooms sleep up to four adults, so if your son chooses to stay with his cousins for a night, make sure you don't exceed the maximum capacity for the room. If you all are staying in Riverside, the rooms accommodate anywhere from two to five guests, so depending on the room, you might not need to play musical beds during the sleepover!

Even though I'm sure the sleepover will be the highlight of their trip, while everyone is awake, take advantage of all the fantastic things to do at your Resort. For the littles, there are two (!) great playgrounds on property, which are close to the main pools. Campfire on de 'Bayou (marshmallows just taste better in New Orleans) happens nightly on Ol' Man Island, next to the playground. Speaking of delicious treats, your Resort has my favorite snack in all the 'World - Mickey beignets! Scat Cat's Club - Cafe has multiple delicious options (including "adult only" ones), but I pick the iconic powdered sugar one every time!

Michelle, feel free to come back with any additional questions. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
