Walt Disney World Resort!
It never hurts to ask to see if you have any available days left on theme park tickets you've purchased over the years. I suggest sending an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com to ask about those tickets. You may be pleasantly surprised!
The best part is, if you aren't in a rush, you can just wait for a response via email, saving you lots of time on the phone! Please include the following items in your email (if you have them):
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will give you an answer. If there is a balance on your theme park cards, you may receive a credit toward the purchase of new theme park tickets!
