There are two of me in my Disney experience app. My hotel and park reservations went to my “extra” self and my dining apps are linked to my other self that is listed as (me) in the app. How do I fix this without losing any of my reservations?

Hi Chelsea (and Chelsea 2, lol)!

I had this exact same thing happen to me not too long ago. Suddenly, there were two of me and my room reservations were linked to one me, while my annual pass was linked to my other me. It was both confusing and frustrating.

But, never fear! It is a fixable problem! Unfortunately, this is an issue that requires a phone call to the MyDisneyExperience team at Walt Disney World. The phone number can be found here. Hold times have been rather long recently, so one of my best phone tips is to put the phone on speaker, and have something else ready to do while you wait. I often wash dishes, do laundry, prepare meals, and dance around while listening to the hold music!

By calling in, you are ensuring that the MyDisneyExperience team can combine your two “you”s, and keep all the plans that they both have.

I hope that both Chelseas are able to keep all of your dining and park reservations! Please keep planDisney in mind with other vacation planning questions!

    Happy Planning,
    Tracy
