I have been on two disney cruises with my family when I was younger. Can these count toward membership into the castaway club?

    Ahoy, Jennifer!

Thank you for cruising over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your Castaway Club question. Any cruise you've taken aboard Disney Cruise Line should count towards your membership level. I just created a Disney account for my daughter to check her cruise status and was able to log in to see all her past cruises listed, which go back over eleven years ago. The system recognized her immediately, and we did not need her Castaway Club number (we were able to locate it on an old Key to the World card). This may not be the case for you so you may need to call a Cast Member who can assist you at (800) 449-3380 Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST or on the weekends 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.

I hope you are able to figure out your membership level by looking online, Jennifer. You can check out everything about this club in the Castaway Club section, which is located on the drop-down menu under "My Disney Cruise." Cruise perks are listed here along with important dates to book your onboard fun and adventures ashore.

We hope you'll sail back over to visit us again in the near future. Good luck with your magical plans for your high seas adventure aboard Disney Cruise Line!
