Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with the website, and I'd be happy to offer a few suggestions to hopefully help your Disney dreams come true!
With that pesky Stitch causing some troubles with the website, I'd encourage you to try the
Disneyland mobile app instead, switch to a different internet browser, or restart your device. Most of the time, that's all it takes to be able to complete a purchase and finalize those Disney plans. If, however, you try that and it still won't work, please feel free to
call a friendly Cast Member for assistance. Do note that call volumes are higher than normal right now because so many Mouseketeers are excited to
Return to a Land of Magic. Feel free to whistle along with the magical music while you work and someone will be happy to help you get everything straightened out for you as soon as they can.
One other note as you're planning your visit...please make sure that you check the
availability calendar before going through the process of
purchasing your tickets and making your theme park reservations. Availability in June has been very limited, and while subject to change, it looks like you might want to push your vacation back a bit, if possible. I'm sending pixie dust that you can get everything worked out
perfectly and you'll be able to enjoy
