Two more days! I'm half packed; struggling to decide what is truly necessary to pack in my carry on. I don't want to be bogged down with too much. I have fibromyalgia, so carry ons, even wheeled, can actually cause me flares if heavy. Suggestions?

Hi, Sheryl!  I am the master at packing a carry on - I can do a weekend in a tote bag, if necessary!

If you want to make things easier, you can plan to pick up some toiletries when you land in Orlando.  You'll find sundries at the airport or at your hotel, and even the theme parks will have some things like sunscreen.

Are you also checking a bag?  If you are, I'd probably just pack a bathing suit, flip-flops for the pool, and maybe a hat to wear if you plan on going to the theme park.  If you are not checking a bag, minimize your clothing by packing things you can mix and match, pack flip flops and wear the shoes you'll wear into the parks, and only bring a sweater or sweatshirt if you think you'll positively need it.  It's been in the 80s already in Orlando, so unless you're the type of person who gets chilly in the air conditioning, I'd skip the extra weight.

Send me another note and let me know how many days you'll be staying, and whether or not you are checking a bag.  I'll be better able to help you pack!

    Have an awesome trip!
