We had 2 two day park hoppers that we had bands made for. However, I got sick and we had to cancel our trip. I think it was about five years ago that we switched them to bands. Now we are coming to DW inApril . Will we be able to use them as hoppers?

Hiya, Anne! I'm so glad you found the trail of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left for you and followed it back here to planDisney!

Oh boy! Can you believe that your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is only about a month away? I bet you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! I'd love to help you check that all of your tickets are linked properly before you leave for your magical vacation. Let me just grab my magic wand!

Anne, your Theme Park Tickets should be linked to your My Disney Experience account if you previously purchased them online. The great news is that MagicBands sync with your My Disney Experience account, so they should still be linked to your account whether or not you use MagicBands. Let's take a few steps to see if your Theme Park Tickets are linked!

First, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you will be able to see any tickets that are currently linked to your account. If you currently have your tickets but they're not appearing in this section, you may need to link your tickets to your account.

Next, be sure you're aware of the ticket expiration deadlines. However, if your tickets have indeed expired, Hakuna Matata! No worries! The amount you paid for your tickets (as long as they're unused) can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket.

Anne, once all of your tickets have been linked, you'll want to make sure you make your Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible through the Disney Park Pass system. This is the best way to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip! You may decide to purchase a MagicBand, but you are also welcome to use the Disney MagicMobile service! This digital pass works similarly to a MagicBand and can be used with eligible iPhones, Apple Watch, or Google Pay-enabled Android phones.

If you have any problems with the above steps, you may want to speak with a Cast Member. A little like real-life fairy godparents, they will stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach! If you'd like to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their magic can be in high demand.

Also, take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app prior to your arrival. This app is a little like holding your own magic wand in your hand! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This way, you know your snacks and meals will be ready for you without having to wait in line!

If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
