New sales of select Annual Passes are currently paused, but you can upgrade select theme park tickets to annual passes. Only the Disney Pixie Pass is available for Florida Residents at this time. Since you are a Florida Resident, if you would like to
upgrade your current theme park tickets to Disney Pixie Passes, this should be an option available to you. You can contact a Cast Member to assist you with upgrading your current theme park tickets to Disney Pixie Passes by calling (407) 939-7277.
You can also use the
cost of your current theme park tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets. The amount paid for an unused, expired ticket, may be applied towards a new ticket at the current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Please call (407) 934-7639 for assistance in applying the value of your current theme park tickets towards the purchase of new ones.
