Kevin from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have two 1-day complimentary park passes from 12/13/19 that I did not use (and expired on 12/13/20) but planned on using last year but could not because of covid. Can I get an extension on their expiration date because of the shutdown?

    Heigh-Ho Kevin

We here at planDisney are excited the gates have opened once again welcoming Guests back to Disneyland. And we are even more thrilled to finally help Guests with their Disneyland vacation planning questions and recommend everyone stays up to date by reading the Returning to the Land of Magic page and the Disney Parks Blog for continuous updates.

Your ticket conundrum is one a Cast Member will need to handle and with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust I’m sure to be resolved. I advise calling (714) 781-4636 and speaking to a Cast Member for further assistance. Or if you have the mobile app, tap the menu button in the lower right-hand corner, scroll down to Chat with Us and engage with a Cast Member through chat. Once you have resolved your ticket conundrum, check the Theme Park Availability calendar to see if the dates you are interested in visiting are open. If so make your reservation immediately as availability can change and is limited.

I hope your wish comes true and you are able to make your way back to the Happiest Place on Earth and for any further help feel free to ask us at planDisney.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
