Hi Carol! Welcome to planDisney. It is nice to have you stop by with another great question.
I also have some days left on
old non-expiration tickets, and you had better believe I am guarding them like gold! The easiest way to see how many
days of admission you have left is to view "Tickets and Passes" using the
My Disney Experience mobile app (not the website.) Click the menu button in the lower right corner, then select "Tickets and Passes". Any
tickets you have linked to your My Disney Experience account will be listed and the number of remaining days will be shown.
MagicBands are a convenient way to link to all the information and tickets in your
My Disney Experience account.
Any and all MagicBands linked to you will link to all tickets that are assigned to your profile. Tickets are not "on" a specific MagicBand. If you would rather save any non-expiring admission days you have and
purchase new one-park-per-day tickets, you can absolutely do that and still
use the MagicBands you already own. By default, the oldest ticket media in your account is redeemed first. To make sure you are redeeming your new ticket, you can
call the Existing Tickets line at (407) 566-4985, stop by any
Guest Relations location, or the easiest way is right at a theme park gate. Before tapping your MagicBand, explain that you need to prioritize your tickets. A Cast Member with a tablet will scan your MagicBand and will be able to prioritize your tickets for you. I have had to do this several times and it just takes a few moments.
Carol, I hope I have answered your questions. If you need any additional information or have additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime. We are always happy to help.
