I have two adults who want to come to Disney with me, who are vegetarians. They don't know if there would be enough places for them to eat. Is there?

    Hi Roy!

The answer is Absolutely YES!!! There are plenty of options at Disney for us non-meat eaters! I am a vegetarian who loves to travel and try new restaurants every where we go. And I can tell you, without any doubt, that Walt Disney World is the easiest place for me to travel and eat!! I've never had a problem finding items on the menu - either at counter service restaurants or at sit-down table service meals.

In fact, on a recent trip I was even able to attend the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. I was a bit worried seeing the menu: Chicken, ribs, pork and beans. But, I just let my server know that I was a vegetarian, and she sent the chef out to see me. I had great options of a pasta and vegetable dish or grilled vegetables. I chose the grilled vegetables and they were wonderful!

I've recently answered a question on the best vegetarian options in the Magic Kingdom and on healthy dining options in the parks that included vegetarian selections. Please feel free to read over those answers and let me know if I can help you out in any way!

    Enjoy your trip to Disney!
