Hi, on 11/16 my 7yo twins and I are going to MVMCP. We plan to get there at 4pm. Dinner @ Crystal Palace - 6:10pm. Do you have recommendations on how to spend our time @ the park best? What shows/rides to see and @ what time? We will leave at midnight.

Hi, Tatayana!  The show schedule is subject to change with regard to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party, so I would hesitate to give you specific recommendations.  I'll give you my best tips, though, for making the most of your time!

We always find a spot for the Holiday Wishes fireworks display that we want to keep for the later parade.  I prefer the later parade because many park guests with young children will go to the first one, especially if they don't think their little ones can last until midnight.  If you go for the fireworks, you'll find the route clears out pretty well, and you can slip right into a great spot for the second parade.

I like to do the shows earlier in the evening.  I always feel like I can get a good spot just about anywhere for shows, like the one in the castle foreground.  That leaves the later part of the evening wide open to hit all of our favorite attractions.  Again, guests with young children may start to leave a bit earlier than you plan on leaving, and the lines start to diminish as it gets later.  We have often gotten on and off Pirates of the Caribbean almost immediately during the party.

One last tip - stop and enjoy the snowflakes that will be falling on Main Street, with your cookies and hot cocoa in hand.  Such an awesome experience!
