We have twin girls who are 2 yrs. old and have breakfast reservations at the Crystal Palace for our first day at WDW. Wondering what you recommend for lunch that day? Considering Tony's or the Plaza. Thoughts?

Hey David!  Oh I love CP, especially being able to dine with Pooh and his friends.  Okay so lunch, where to head?  Both are great restaurants, but personally my first choice would be Tony's.  Inspired by Disney's Lady and the Tramp, this restaurant offers everything from paninis to pizza and pasta.  I definitely think you would be able to find something great for the twins as well.  And as an added bonus you can watch Lady and the Tramp in the waiting area!
I hope this helps and that you all have a magical WDW vacation.  Thank you for coming to the Mom's Panel with your great question.
