    Is there a Turkey Trot or Thanksgiving day run for people in Disney for Thanksgiving?

    Hi Amanda!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family has made it a recent tradition to run our local Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning because it helps ease the guilt of all the later indulgence!

    I absolutely love the idea of runDisney hosting a Turkey Trot, but at this time it is not something they offer. If you and your family would like to plan an activity the morning of I'd recommend checking out the New Balance Running Trails around Walt Disney World Resort. This could be a great way to get out and get a quick run in before your Thanksgiving meal, but not necessarily have the formality of an organized event.
