Ahoy, Michelle!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm sorry you aren't having any luck finding the answer to your question about Pirate Night, but you've come to the right spot!
My family enjoyed a galactic vacation aboard Disney Cruise Line last month during one of the
Star Wars Day at Sea sailings, and I'm happy to report we also got to experience a swashbuckling good time on
Pirate Night. All the characters were decked out in their pirate garb, and there were pirate games, pirate movies, Mickey's "Pirates in the Caribbean" deck party, a dance party and the Buccaneer Blast Spectacular to wrap up the festivities! The only thing I noticed was different was that there was no pirate dinner menu or pirate buffet. I did ask our servers about this and they said it was because of the special Star Wars dinner menu (which was my absolute favorite of the week hands down) and the Star Wars-themed buffet, which was set-up after the epic firework celebration.
Michelle, I would start thinking about your family's pirate attire for your
Disney Fantasy sailing next February. You'll be surprised at how quickly time will fly by, and it will be your crew's turn to walk the plank...I mean cast off with Captain Mickey! Please keep us in mind as you continue to plan all the magical details for your Disney Cruise Line vacation.
Have a fantabulous day!
Nancy
