I’m hoping I can help you with your question today. If your tickets are wholly unused, you will likely have an option to re-book your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.
But first, you will need to figure out if your ticket is expired. My first recommendation would be to locate the original confirmation email with your ticket to see if there is an expiration policy listed. If not, then I recommend you
call a Cast Member, and they should be able to share that information with you.
If the ticket expired, you would have the option to use the ticket toward purchasing a new ticket, per
eTicket policy. If the ticket is still valid, you can instead proceed with scheduling a new reservation online using the
My Reservations option.
